A space to pause and reconnect outdoors

You may be here because you feel a pull towards the natural world – a resonance you would like to explore further or bring into your life in more meaningful ways. If so, you are among many on this path.

The ecological crisis has stirred in us a longing for connection. As we awaken, once again, to ourselves as part of nature, so too do we begin to act in ways that support reciprocity and restoration.

Facilitated eco-therapy offers a way of slowing down and awakening the senses, inviting you to weave into your way of being the profound truth of nature’s ability to heal, rebalance, and renew.

This approach is grounded in the ethical and practical framework of my training with Dave Key (ecoSelf), which provides a strong foundation for designing and facilitating outdoor experiences for both individuals and groups, guided by your needs.

Many of the practices I work with also have roots in indigenous wisdom traditions. I offer this work with gratitude and respect to all those who carry it alongside me or have done so before, especially those who lived on these lands I now call home, whose stories the land still holds

Eco-therapy sessions may include:

  • sensory or movement awareness practices

  • guided solo experiences

  • hands-on craft or skills immersions

  • threshold and rites of passage processes

  • supported reflection and integration

If you’d like to explore eco-therapy, I’d love to connect. Let’s start with a conversation.
